First-order guarantee: Not happy with your first ColorOnly order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - even if you've tried it.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: We'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement. Just email a photo within 30 days.

 

Other orders: Because hair color is a personal-care product, opened kits can't be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a refund.

 

How to start a return: Email info@coloronly.com or call (954) 869-3030 with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
