Subscription Cancellation Policy

ColorOnly subscriptions (3-Pack and 6-Pack auto-delivery) are built to be flexible — you’re always in control.

  • Cancel anytime. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees.
  • How to cancel. Log in to your account to manage your subscription, or contact us at info@coloronly.com / 954-869-3030 and we’ll take care of it for you.
  • Skip or reschedule. You can skip a delivery or change your delivery date and frequency at any time from your account.
  • Billing & renewals. 3-Pack subscriptions renew and ship every 3 months; 6-Pack subscriptions renew and ship every 6 months, at the price shown at checkout. We’ll email you before each renewal.
  • Timing. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, cancel or skip before your next billing date. Orders already processed can’t be canceled, but are covered by our return and refund terms.
